Shipping + Returns Policies

IMPORTANT COVID SHIPPING NOTIFICATION

Please understand that at this time, due to the global pandemic that is currently underway, many orders are taking longer than normal to arrive. Hello Bargello is currently shipping orders on our standard timeline (within 1-3 days) however we are seeing a lot of delays in shipping time once packages are in the hands of the USPS. Please understand that we have no control over the functioning of the USPS and we cannot be responsible for shipping delays once your order leaves our facility. 

At this time, for domestic orders, please allow up to 30 days for packages to arrive before requesting that packages be considered lost. We are unable to process "lost package" requests until 30 days after your order was placed.  

For international orders, please allow up to 60 days for packages to arrive before requesting that packages be considered lost. We are unable to process "lost package" requests until 60 days after your order was placed.  

If your package seems to be missing or delayed, we would very much appreciate some extra patience. Please allow plenty of extra shipping time if you need your order by a certain date. Many packages do ultimately arrive after a delay. This is a challenging time for us all, and we appreciate your support and cooperation! 

 

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days via USPS. Orders ship from New York, USA.

 

FREE SHIPPING OFFERS

Please note free shipping offers apply to US orders only. Any orders placed using free shipping offers/codes will be shipped ground only.

 

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS

Customers are responsible for paying any duties owed on international orders. Hello Bargello has no knowledge of customs rates in your country and we are not responsible for any duties costs incurred. We are unable to refund orders that are rejected at customs due to duties owed. Please check the duties rates of your country before finalizing your order. 

 

RETURNS

Within 30 days of delivery, most items can be returned for a refund (please see exclusions below). The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. 

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Discounted/sale items
  • Merchandise that is cut to order, such as canvas by the yard
  • Merchandise that has been altered in any way
  • Merchandise that has been opened, removed from original packing, or shows signs of wear and tear


If you would like to make a return, please email us at info@hellobargello.com within 30 days of your original purchase to initiate the process. We are unable to process returns after 30 days.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

Please note, in the event of order shipments that are lost, we are not responsible for replacing or refunding orders that are undeliverable due to incorrect customer information. This includes cases of customers submitting an incorrect shipping address, email address, or other contact information.

In the event undeliverable merchandise is returned to us by the USPS, we will attempt to contact you to redeliver to an alternate address, or refund your payment.

We are located in Brooklyn, New York, USA, and all prices listed here are $US.

 

DESIGN AND PATTERN USAGE FOR CLASSES AND SALES

Hello Bargello patterns and kits are for personal use only. Please do not sell finished items made from our patterns and designs. Please do not use our patterns or kits to teach classes without express permission from Hello Bargello. In class settings, a pattern must be purchased for each student; teachers may not share one purchased pattern among more than one student. Thank you for understanding and for helping to support this small business by observing our usage rules.
